A mother's joy begins when new life is stirring inside... when a tiny heartbeat is heard for the very first time, and a playful kick reminds her that she is never aloneyup.. we're expecting baby #2. I went in for my first real appointment yesterday and after the ultrasound, our doctor confirmed that we are in deed pregnant for #2!
Little bit is hanging out on my right side, it was so awesome to see our little bit waving at us. OK maybe s/he wasn't waving but it looked like it! Even though this is our second time seeing the baby for the first time, it never gets old. It's still just as exciting as the very first time :)
Boy or Girl? What do I want? (the most asked question thus far)... honestly I don't care. I am equally excited for the dynamic that either sex could bring to our family. But if I need to choose I'd prefer to have a girl this time around.
The check-up went well. I am now 8 weeks and 4 days pregnant based on the size of the baby inside my tummy and the possible due date will be 24 April 2012, yey a Dragon baby!
I'm considering finding a prenatal yoga or fitness class, or a nutrition class that specializes in prenatal noshing, I wanted to fit and ready when I get pregnant. I hope I could find one that doesn't cost much.
My baby is now a little more than ½ inch long, about the size of the rock in Nicole Richie's engagement ring, and is about as heavy as the check Joel Madden wrote to pay for it.
