36 weeks - Almost Full Term

Yep. I'm 1 week shy to full term! Crazy huh?? and I can't wait to see Maddox.! Feels like yesterday when I am announcing we are pregnant and then spilling the beans about how we're having another precious baby boy!


Maddox is nearly done baking! The countdown to my sweet lil' womb hi-jacker's eviction is closing in! 
On Friday I will be visiting my OB once more and hopefully this time around he'll get to his senses and schedule me in for the CS. I mean I can't take it any longer, with all those sleepless nights, unable to touch my feet, unable to move around well, edema, hypertension, blurry vision, headache and back pain somethings got to give right?!


I have stretch far to long for this week...

if I go into labor at this point, Maddox should have fully developed lungs. My baby is now the size of a watermelon. No kidding, I looked like I swallowed one.

My Toddler this week:16 Month Old Ryder

Mason Ryder is 16 Months old!! My little boo face is getting more awesome with each passing month. Here are just a few things about my wonder boy.


He's basically a little cuddle bug, he will just walk up to me and give hugs & kisses. He is ticklish on his upper thighs and feet and will giggle his socks off if you tickle him in those places. He LOVES to be scared and to surprise people... peek-a-boo is awesome to him, especially if you try extra hard to show that you're shock.  


He's definitely an outdoorsy baby... doesn't matter how bad of a mood he is in, if we go outside, he instantly starts smiling. sometimes his really not into playing with his toys, and often times he really doesn't have the attention span to get through a book. He's climbing all over everything, on the chairs, the couch, and the computer table. He is learning to test his boundaries a lot more... and it scares me, but on the other hand that's how they learn.


He will throw tantrums for the heck of it, but he's pretty easily distracted. And let me tell ya, this kid is ambitious. If he wants to do something, he will not give up until he accomplishes it.

34 weeks & surviving...

Here I am. At the point of weekly visits to the OB. When on earth did this happen?! How did time fly by so quickly? I'm kind of in disbelief that in a few short weeks (or possibly sooner) I will be holding baby boy #2 in my arms!


So... let's see. What's going on with the pregnancy right now. Well... If it isn't completely obvious, I carry WAY out front with my pregnancies. It's like someone literally shoved a watermelon into my stomach. Not comfortable, at all.

My OB is telling me that technically I'm measuring right where I should be, but we think that Maddox will be a little bit bigger than Mason. Eek. Maddox's heart rate is right where it should be. He's a healthy boy... he moves like crazy in there. He doesn't have much room but he does not stop rolling around. Like ever.
Physically? I can feel my pelvis starting to rotate a lot. It is very uncomfortable and painful at times to walk around. My back aches constantly, that's a given. Heartburn is in full swing most all of the time. My feet, face and ankles swell. I feel like I totally blew up like a balloon, it was terrible.

Stop and Talk awhile

It's been awhile since I last posted something here in our page, with all the things happening in our lives we are so busy to even just stop and reflect on what are the good things that has happened.

It's nice to find some time to relax and bond just like this video of Dada and Mason.
